A fixture shown with a red-bordered frame in Fixture Manager is considered non-responsive. Common causes include:
The fixture is turned off.
It is out of range.
It is unlinked from the network.
Troubleshooting steps:
Rescan for fixtures: Swipe down in the mobile app or press Refresh in the desktop layout of Fixture Manager.
Important note about restructuring the network (advanced feature):
Restructuring rebuilds the network and removes fixtures that are currently unavailable.
If those fixtures come back online later, they may cause conflicts by creating two networks.
To resolve this:
Reintegrate them: Perform another restructure to “heal” the network and add the fixtures back.
Exclude permanently: Physically unlink the fixtures or delete the separate network they created.
