Connection error — what should I do?

A connection error can occur for several reasons, preventing you from connecting to a fixture. To resolve this, try the following steps:

  2. Restart your phone, tablet or computer to clear any temporary connection issues.

  3. Restart the fixture by powering it off and then back on.
